Season operations need confirm
Six verbs move the whole league, and none has an opposite verb to undo it. Dispatch refuses them without confirm: true.

saveSettings drops unrecognised keys and reports which fields it changed.
Reading a row
- scope: who the verb is for. Documentation; see what gates a call.
- read: never mutates.
- atomic: one mutation, reversible by its opposite verb.
- workflow: several mutations behind one call, such as
addDropandimportLeague. - MCP: whether the id is on the allowlist. Unwired verbs run in the browser app only.
Adding a verb to MCP is an id in core.ts plus a branch in dispatch.ts.
